Understanding System Details Cool Beans System Info includes a System Details window which displays important information about your computer.
These values are for the most part self explanatory. The tabs at the top of the window allow you to switch between different screens of System Details. Here's what the Tasks tab looks like:
You can close programs by right clicking a task. You can also go to that task's process, which is displayed on the Processes tab:
This tab shows the processes running on your computer, and their associated modules. You can stop tasks by right clicking on them. The number of threads and their thread IDs are displayed on the right. The Folders tab displays important Windows folders on your computer:
You can right click any folder and browse directly to it in Windows Explorer. The last tab is the Network tab. It displays your network adapters and the download/upload totals in KB:
The small dot indicates that the marked adapter is included in the current upload and download rates. The network totals are calculated from Windows values, so resetting the values within the program only affects the totals while the program is running. The next time you run the program, it fetches the totals from Windows.
